The Classic
This is the classic Jory massage. Intuitive touch and pressure are used to access deep relaxation while addressing areas of pain and restriction. Myofascial, trigger point and other specialty skills may be used as well as gentle stretching and manual manipulation.
The Muscle Manager
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. This massage will have more movement and frictioning involved along with active engagement on the part of the client as well as passive stretching.
Pregnancy Pampering
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Special care, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. This makes a great gift at any stage of a healthy pregancy.
Sinus Relief
Sinus pressure got you down? Allergies bothering you? This session is just the thing! Using heat from either hot towels or a full sinus steam and a specific facial massage along with lymph stimulation, we will clear out the excess and get you breathing again.
Individual Yoga
These sessions are completely customizable regarding duration and energetics. Make it a full on strength builder or get grounded with a Yin practice. Anyone from first timers to seasoned Yogis are welcome!
Radical Refresh
Indulge in a full body scrub for maximum skin rejuvination. This session will include the body scrub, a shower rinse, followed by moisturization and conclude with a head and neck massage. This offering requires the client to bring undergarments to wear during the scrub session.
Lymph Love
This wellness service focuses on our Lymph, a hardworking system designed to remove toxins and cellular buildup in our bodies. Use of a dry brush and abdominal massage will be included, followed by the application of a locally made oil specific for lymph health. This offering will require clients to wear undergarments for the duration of the session. This is NOT intended as a medical Lymphatic drainage massage, only as a way to help normal functions of our lymph system.

Hot Hair Oil Treatment
Show your locks some love with this warm oil treatment with organic oil infused with ingredients for healthy, strong hair. This session will include light massage to make it feel like a real day at the spa.
